Triumph Street Triple S is a strikingly good looking bike. The bike delivers a more precise throttle response which is linked to the ride-by-wire system that also works in conjunction with the ABS and traction control settings. It boasts of a new race-bred 765cc ‘Daytona’ engine that has been tuned to offer 113PS of power @ 11,250 rpm and a peak torque output of 73 Nm @ 10,421 rpm. To enhance the riding experience, the Street Triple S comes fitted with two riding modes that allow the rider to change the set up (while on the move) according to their riding style and prevailing conditions.

The bike also offers a free-flowing exhaust and revised air box that lets out a distinctive howl. The slick 6-speed gearbox ensures you stay in the powerband to get the very best in terms of performance. Completing the package on the latest Street Triple S are the Showa upside-down front forks with 110 mm of travel, a mono shock rear suspension, while braking is provided by the Nissin 2 piston sliding callipers up front and the Brembo single piston calliper at the rear.

The bike also gets Pirelli Diablo Rosso Corsa tyres that are touted to offer precise handling and excellent stability and grip. Priced at `8,50,000 (ex-showroom, New Delhi), the new Triumph Street Triple S is one of the hottest bikes to hit our roads so far and it’s touted to be a bike that re-writes the rule book on the sheer joy of riding.
