These machines follow a similar design theme that is athletic with outstanding aeroacoustics. The chiselled look includes the wave-pattern shoulder line, and the cars feature a flatter yet larger single-frame grille flanked by stunning LED headlights. The pronounced wheel arches point towards the sporty pedigree of Audi designs and the rear gets LED lights and dynamic indicators. The fine quality of materials used for interior design—to create the exquisite dashboard along with the horizontal architecture of the instrument panel—offer a sense of space and the ergonomics are spot on.

A5 Cabriolet
The stunning Cabriolet fully opens and closes the soft top in 15 and 18 seconds respectively up to speeds of 50 kmph. To ensure that outside noise is cut when the roof is closed, the luxury convertible gets an ‘Acoustic Hood’. It is powered by the same 2.0-litre TDI engine and gets the same transmission as the A5 Sportback. This model benefits from the brand’s Quattro system as standard and is capable of doing the 0-100 kmph dash in 7.8 seconds. It is priced at `67,51,000 (ex-showroom).

S5 Sportback
Visually similar to the A5 Sportback, the only real detail that tells it apart is the

subtle ‘S5’ badging and exhaust pipes. The cabin, however, boasts of a sporty outlook that suits this car perfectly. Fitted with a V6  3.0-litre TFSIq engine that delivers a solid 354 hp of power, the S5 can go from 0-100 kmph in 4.7 seconds! It gets an eight-speed Tiptronic transmission and Quattro as standard. Add to that, the S5 also gets a newly-developed S sport suspension. For `70,60,000, you really can’t get a better performance-bred machine.
