Mexican delight

The Soup Shop is offering a Polish delicacy to Kochiites. Their beets and cucumber soup made using grounded veggies and crushed ice—off the menu crafted in collaboration with Chef Ramu Butler—presents a cool yet crunchy texture. “While the bright fuchsia colour makes the dish stand out, it is kefir (a variant of yoghurt) that makes the recipe come together,” explains chef Akin. `120.
