The seventh-generation Lexus ES 300h midsize sedan is now available in India. It promises to be a vehicle that’s set to redefine the luxury sedan market as the product is touted to offer an unparalleled level of comfort along with a driving experience that is further enhanced by the hybrid system on board.

Elegant form
Built on the all-new Global Architecture–K platform, the brand has managed to deliver a car that offers a lower stance and better proportions than before—thus allowing the designers to create a vehicle that’s strikingly good looking. It has an elegant air to it with an underlying sporty tone that reflects its dynamic capabilities. Key Lexus design features include the slim LED headlamps, the L-shaped marker lights, the massive grille and 18-inch multi-spoke alloy wheels.

Classy Interiors
Lexus believes in incorporating a spirit of hospitality in all their products and the ES 300h is no exception. Better known as omotenashi, this philosophy is the reason that the cabin of ES 300h is crafted to perfection. The spacious cabin promises more space than its predecessor, the materials used are of the finest quality and you also get a plethora of features that include a multi-information display, a heads-up display, a 12.3-inch display, wireless charging, console mounted climate, and audio controls, semi-airline seats, and a 17-speaker Mark Levinson Pure Play system.

Blazing through
Powering the new Lexus ES 300h is a 2.5-litre, four-cylinder petrol engine that is combined with the fourth generation Lexus Hybrid Drive system. The engine is Euro 6 compliant and offers a total combined output of 217 PS of power which makes the ES 300h a rather engaging car to drive. The benefit of the hybrid drive system is clearly visible in the exception mileage that this car offers of 22.37 kmpl. To further enhance the driving experience, the model comes with a Drive Mode Select system that allows the driver to change the car’s settings depending on road and driving conditions with Eco, Normal, and Sport modes.

Safety first
Built to be a rather safe place to be, the new Lexus ES 300h comes with 10 airbags, vehicle stability control, an anti-theft system, hill start assist and a host of other systems that ensure you stay on the road and more importantly safe in the event of an accident.

On sale in India, the latestoffering from Lexus has been priced at `59,13,000.
