A woman named Zainab Khan who claims to have shot the viral video of actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh vacationing in Florida has now said in a series of posts that the Bollywood couple ‘attacked’ her.
In response to the video, which has been shared widely on the internet, Zainab Khan wrote in the comments section that Deepika “went off” on her when asked for a picture.
While some fans defended the actors by accusing Zainab of invading their privacy, Zainab wrote two long Instagram posts in which she described the incident.
In the post, she wrote: “I was a really big fan, but after meeting such horrible people, I have no words. First of all, I did not ‘follow them around’, I’m not a damn paparazzi. I am on vacation and I have better things to do with my life than chase around celebrities.”
“When she walked towards me smiling, I really thought she was coming to take a picture, but she and Ranveer actually came and yelled at me. The reason why I did not record them yelling at me is because they were right in my face and I was traumatised by their loud tone,” Zainab continued.
