With the news of her engagement with alleged boyfriend Nick Jonas doing rounds on the internet, actress Priyanka Chopra said she has the right to keep her personal life to herself. In a recent interaction in New Delhi, the Baywatch star said, “Everything about me is not for public consumption. About 90 per cent of my life is for public consumption, but 10 per cent of it is for me. I am a girl and I have the right to keep that to myself.”
After her decision to opt out of Salman Khan-starrer Bharat and a few leaked pictures from her reported vacation in Goa, Priyanka has been in the news for her alleged engagement with the 25-year-old singer. The actress was spotted at Nick Jonas’ concert in Singapore recently. However, during an interactive session in Delhi, she clarified that she doesn’t owe anybody an explanation about her family, relationships or her equation with people. “I'm not running for office, so I don't owe anyone an explanation. Sometimes I laugh, sometimes I get annoyed. But mostly, I tell my publicists 'Let it be, today's news is tomorrow's trash',” she said.
