With the release of Karan Johar’s Student Of The Year 2 pushed to 2019, Ananya Pandey may just be making her debut with another film. If the rumours are to be believed, Ananya is set to star alongside Bollywood star Ranveer Singh in his upcoming film Gully Boy which is also set to release in 2019 but in February.
According to reports, Ananya Pandey will be seen in a cameo in the Ranveer Singh-Alia Bhatt film where Ranveer plays a rapper. Student Of The Year 2 is set to release on May 10. While more details about the cameo role have not been revealed, her set debut actually comes in a different film than intended. Student Of The Year 2 also features Tiger Shroff in the lead role, along with Tara Sutaria. Unlike the first film, this one will see two female actors instead of one.
If rumours are to be believed, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra will be doing a cameo in the film. Gully Boy has been directed by Zoya Akhtar and is based on the lives of Mumbai rappers Vivian Fernandes aka Divine and Naved Shaikh aka Naezy.
