Remember in 2005 when Robert Pattinson was cast as the dreamy Cedric Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. He was the cool guy at Hogwarts and a really good wizard. Everyone loved him and Hermoine had a soft spot for him. Unfortunately, they couldn’t get together because Cedric gets murdered during the Triwizard Tournament. That was back then and thankfully just fiction.
This year at the Golden Globes, Emma Watson and Robert Pattinson briefly reunited on stage. The duo went onstage to present the award for Best Television Limited Series or Motion Picture Made for Television which went to Big Little Lies and they looked gorgeous together. And once Harry Potter fans realised that Hermoine and Cedric had reunited, the audience lost it.
Cedric only appeared in one of the movies of the Potter franchise, before he got killed by Wormtail. After that Pattinson went on to star in the Twilight movies from 2009 to 2012. While Hermoine made it until the end of the franchise. And things have been better for the actress who later went to Brown University where she got a degree in English Literature and starred in some successful movies like The Perks of Being Wallflowers, Beauty and the Beast and others. The actress also became the UN Women Goodwill Ambassador.
