A woman has filed a complaint in Delhi’s Rohini Court against veteran Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty, his wife Yogita Bali and son Mahaakshay. The court has ordered an FIR against the family on charges of rape, cheating and causing miscarriage without consent.
According to various reports, the woman has stated in her complaint that she was in a serious relationship with Mithun’s son Mimoh since 2015. They even got into a physical relationship and Mahaakshay even promised to marry her. The report also goes on to state that while they were texting and calling each other, Mahaakshay once called her to his house and spiked her drink and even raped her. The woman in her report also went on to say that Mimoh raped her over four years and when she got pregnant gave her medicines that caused a miscarriage. He made her terminate the pregnancy because he did not want any interruption in his career.
Mahaakshay’s mother and former Bollywood actor Yogita Bali has been accused for calling the complainant and threatening her. The woman also went on to state that Yogita even told her to stop dreaming about being her daughter-in-law.
