Katrina Kaif's fitness trainer reveals the secret behind her washboard abs

From her dance moves in Kamili (Dhoom 3) to daredevil stunts in Bang Bang with Hrithik Roshan, Katrina Kaif has always been quite the fitness freak. As the actress turns 35 today, celebrity trainer Yasmin Karachiwala shared some of her fitness secrets in an interview with a media organisation. Talking about the sports brand Reebok fitness ambassador’s transformation, she said, “Katrina is one of the most interesting people to work with because she expects a new workout every time she walks into the gym. The workout should meet should meet her fitness levels.”

The Mumbai-based trainer, who also trains other celebrities including Alia Bhatt, said it is a big boost to train someone like Katrina as it challenges and motivates her. "Katrina's exercises vary each day depending on her shooting schedule. She prefers an intensive high mix of squats, lunges to push-ups and pilates.” 

Katrina is currently working in Aanand L Rai's Zero, also starring Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma.
