What happens when a gamut of super talented Bollywood brigade comes together under one roof? The upcoming episode of ‘Open House with Renil’ on zoOm Styled by Myntra with celebrity host Renil Abraham features ingenuous confessions, struggles, aspirations and much more of Bollywood actors Shikha Talsania, Jim Sarbh, Pulkit Samrat and Angira Dhar.

Shikha Talsania, who has received rave reviews for her performances, while quizzed by Renil on the one role that she won’t do, she affirmed, "I cannot do one-dimensional characters. I cannot play a fat girl who is either just hungry or horny and I want layers to my characters. Give me such a character and I'll give you a performance. You want me to play a man? Done! I'll do it."

Pulkit Samrat revealed to Renil that he is no exception to struggle. "I wanted to act since childhood and one day told my parents that I intended to go to Bombay to become an actor. After this, my father stopped talking to me for days. I was taken aback as my father was very keen to see me as a Bollywood actor when my mother was expecting me. So, when I reminded him of his golden words, he told me he’d made a mistake. But all’s well that ends well. Now my father is super proud of me and happy with my decision.”, said Pulkit.

Sharing a similar experience, Angira Dhar confesses that it was her then-boyfriend who stopped talking to her when she told him that she wanted to act. "I belong to a family that places a lot of importance on studies. I used to work behind the camera and I loved the process. Even then, I would keep wondering about the other side of the camera. So, I decided that I wanted to become an actor. When I informed my then-boyfriend about this, he reacted very strangely and dissuaded me from not joining the film industry due to his apprehensions. But I followed my dream and here I am today, very proud of my decision.”
