Rishi Kapoor slams Anurag Kashyap for Bombay Velvet; says he doesn’t know what to do with money

The actor also went on to add that he thought Jagga Jasoos was a really bad film with a really bad story and it was absolutely rubbish.

Veteran Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor never shies away from expressing what he really feels and while he has done it before, he has done it once again, without a problem. The actor has gone on to slam director Anurag Kashyap for the failure of Jagga Jasoos and Bombay Velvet, both of which his son, Ranbir Kapoor, acted in, but didn’t make it big at the box office, unlike Sanju

In a recent interview with a leading publication, Rishi Kapoor said that so much of money was given to Anurag Kashyap to make Bombay Velvet but he literally did not know what to do with it. He also went on to add that he thought Jagga Jasoos was a really bad film with a really bad story and it was absolutely rubbish. The actor even questioned Ranbir about it but the Sanju actor said that he could not question the man who gave him Barfi and thought Anurag would be responsible enough to keep the story to its point.  

Rishi Kapoor who is known to be explosive on Twitter with people in general, this time took it off and directly attack Anurag Kashyap and Anurag Basu for their choice of films which have big budgets but are not successful at all at the box office. Rishi Kapoor will be seen in Mulk alongside Taapsee Pannu, which will be releasing on August 3 and has been produced and directed by Anubhav Sinha.
