Bobby Deol slams Race 3 critics, says if the film was bad it wouldn’t have worked at box office

Bobby said that there are many good movies but they often don’t do well at the box office and it is beyond the control of actors.

Salman Khan-starrer Race 3 hit screens on June 15 and unlike all of his other movies it has received a lukewarm response, making Bobby Deol react to the critic’s reviews. The actor who has returned to the big screen after a long time said that if the movie was really that bad, it would not have fetched results at the box office. Interestingly, the movie has crossed Rs 130 crore at the box office in India since its release. 

According to various reports, the film has been criticised by many moviegoers for its screenplay, dialogues, acting, music and even action sequences and fans have also made many memes about it. Bobby said that there are many good movies but they often don’t do well at the box office and it is beyond the control of actors. The actor further went on to add that he is really happy with the movie and happy with the response it has got and hopes to continue working on good movies like it in the future and even hopes to be a part of Race 4. 

The film Race 3 stars Salman Khan in the lead role and also has Bobby Deol, Jacqueline Fernandez, Anil Kapoor, Daisy Shah, Saqib Saleem and Freddy Daruwala. The movie directed by Remo D’Souza made an opening day collection of Rs 29.17 crore.
