Two days after Bollywood actress Tanushree Dutta filed a Rs 10 crore defamation suit on Rakhi Sawant for saying she was lying about being harassed by Nana Patekar, the latter has threatened to do a lot more. Rakhi said if Tanushree has a filed a Rs 10 crore suit, she will file a Rs 50 crore countersuit on the actor for calling her a lower class girl.
Rakhi had earlier taken Nana Patekar’s side and said Tanushree was only doing it for fame because when she replaced the actor for the song, Nana did not even touch her. Rakhi also went on to say that the allegations against Nana Patekar and Ganesh Acharya are fake. Rakhi went on to add that Tanushree has been in coma for 10 years and has now returned from the US to vomit all these things only because she has exhausted all her money and has no work. The said incident took place on the sets of Horn Ok Please in 2009 and while Tanushree did file a complaint earlier, no action was taken against Nana Patekar, according to her.
Tanushree’s lawyer while filing the defamation suit said Rakhi Sawant had tried to malign the actor’s character and image. The actor had earlier this month also filed a case against Nana Patekar, and the investigations are currently ongoing.
