Less than a week after Bollywood actors Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh announced their marriage on November 14-15, the actress is now speaking a lot more about their relationship. On Koffee With Karan Season 6, Deepika revealed that Ranveer and she had been together for six years, while they never publicly admitted it. Recently, in an interview, she revealed how she wanted her marriage to be, and fans are loving every part of all the details.
Deepika said she wants her marriage with Ranveer Singh to be like that of her parents because she has seen them do it so well and perfectly that she wouldn’t want it any other way. The Padmaavat actress added that her parents have such a beautiful relationship because of the way they have managed their professional life and being together as a family. It has, in turn, set a benchmark for her, as well as her sister and she would love for it to be like that always. Deepika even said she doesn’t think things will change after marriage and said, whatever happens, it will be exciting and she can’t wait to experience it.
Interestingly, Deepika and Ranveer chose the date November 14 to mark their first film together and its fifth anniversary which was Goliyon Ki Raas Leela Ram Leela. While Deepika is currently on a break, Ranveer Singh is busy shooting for Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy and Rohit Shetty’s Simmba and will soon be working on Karan Johar’s Takht.
