Kangana Ranaut has been involved in a lot of controversies recently for her alleged interference in all her recent films and the most recent is to turn director of Manikarnika for 45 days. If that wasn’t enough, the actor is also said to have interfered in the filmmaking process of Bollywood films like Rangoon and Simran, among others. Director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, who is more famously known for Bareilly Ki Barfi, is reportedly not letting her guard down for the same reason with the actor for her upcoming film Panga

According to various media reports, a source said Ashwiny has had many meetings with Kangana Ranaut and they are getting along well. The director even posted a picture of the team for the film, but given the past controversies with Kangana, Ashwiny does not want to take a chance. The director really wants to work with Kangana Ranaut and it will be happening as Kangana plays a national-level Kabaddi player and is even receiving training from professional players.

Panga is a sports film which is set to release in 2019 and will star Jassi Gill, Neena Gupta and will be produced by Fox Star. Kangana Ranaut is currently busy shooting for her upcoming film Manikarnika: The Queen of Jhansi is an epic film base on Rani Laxmibai which is being directed by Krish and produced by Zee Studios.
