Salman Khan's movie Loveratri starring his brother-in-law, Aayush Sharma, is facing some challenges because of the title of the movie. The Vishwa Hindu Parishad, a religious organisation, says that they will not allow the movie to be screened in theatres as the title of the film appears in a way that it twists the name of the festival, Navratri, which they found offensive.

Loveratri is a romantic drama that takes place in Gujarat during Navratri. This will be Aayush Sharma and Warina Hussain's debut Bollywood movie. Salman Khan is producing the film that is set to release on October 5, 2018.

Loveratri is not the first movie that the Vishwa Hindu Parishad had a problem with. Shah Rukh Khan's Raees and Kamal Haasan's Uttama Villain were also under scrutiny by the VHP.
