From a software engineer to a dancing diva. How did all of this happen?
Well for the starters, I was a typical kid from a typical family who had to get inside the rat race of engineering. I always knew from the beginning that I wanted a career in dancing but ended up being a software engineer at Infosys. Here I have to give credits to the dancing team at Infosys, Crazy Legs, that kept me going hand in hand with my dancing. Then it so happened that I randomly decided to upload videos on YouTube and ended up getting viral. And now here I am.

What was your main source of learning?
YouTube, undoubtedly. My method of learning dance was via videos since I was a kid.

Who were your biggest inspirations?
My biggest inspiration is Shiamak Davar, hands down. He was my idol from the beginning.

What was your turning point?
The turning point of my life has to be the phase wherein I decided to quit my job and take dance as my profession. It was a very risky decision to take but I had decided to not look back. I knew I had to keep on going and roll with the punches.

What is it that you love about what you do?
Everything about my career at this moment; dancing my heart out and recording videos for YouTube. I love taking dance workshops too because it is overwhelming to meet people who have the same passion for dancing and I feel lucky that I play a little role in inspiring them to do so.

Your most challenging dance routine so far?
No individual routine as such because every video that has to be made requires equal input since it has to be different and a little unconventional.

Your most memorable dance routine so far?
All of my collaborations with all the talented people that I meet tend to be an absolute delight, each and every time.
What do you plan to do with your dancing career in the future?
I believe in taking baby steps and running with the wind. So I will keep doing what I am doing and just take my dancing ahead.
