City-based  entertainment group Ensomneacks will be taking the stage for their latest show titled F5 Revamped.  Vikram Dana-sekar, founder, explains how they wanted to try something different on stage this time. “We last performed in February, where we had live dubsmash and music. This time, we wanted to do something with theatre and hence the idea of improv theatre came in, with live music thrown in the mix,” says the 23-year-old, who adds that we should also expect stand-up comedy and music from his team of seven city-based artistes.

The event has improv theatre by Dhanasekar, Praveen Kumar (19) and Navneet Krishnan (20). “We don’t have any script or costume for this session. The audience can choose any topic and we would stage a performance within no time,” says Dhanasekar. The trio will be joined by musicians Samuel Shazam on guitars and Sriranjini Mukundan on violin.

Apart from this, a major chunk of the 90-minute show will be covered by stand-up comedians Vikas Muralidharan (23) and Jagan Mohan (28). “Vikas will open the act with his take on relationships and teenage experiences,” says Jagan. The Chennai-based comic says, “I will also be talking about different thought processes put in by popular music composers while composing tunes, besides parodies of Tamil songs.”
