Here’s some good news, for jazz enthusiasts. HICC is back with its second season of Café New Orleans. The one-night jazz and blues extravaganza will feature Soulmate and 4th Element from Shillong and city-based Dennis Powell’s DP Collective, accompanied by beverages and bites inspired from the cafés of New Orleans.
