Designed for fashionistas who want to embrace sustainable fashion, Jaipur-based label Resha by Medhavini has come up with their new summer collection titled ‘No Plan B’. “With our new designs, we want to challenge the standard idea of sizes. Therefore we have opted for anti-fit silhouettes with two basic sizes that work for all,” says Medhavini Yadav, who helms the brand along with Manish Chugh and Vidushi Yadav. By the first week of April, the collection will be available at their Hyderabad multi-designer store Anonym, and also on their website. Recently, television stars Roshni Chopra, Karishma Tanna and actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu were seen sporting their designs.

Medhavini also urges her patrons to be body positive and shun their inhibitions while dressing up. “Every design is a forgiving and embracing piece of clothing made to hug you lovingly and not cage you,” she says. Their summer line takes inspiration from the Japanese style of dressing. However, you won’t see any kimonos here. You can expect to see dresses, tops and tunics that can be paired with pants. The predominant colours that define the collection are indigo and white. Also, in tandem with the ideas of environment-friendly ensembles, Medhavini and her team have stuck to fabrics like organza, organic cotton, khadis and mulmul.

Rs 2,000 onwards.
