Would you wear a dress made out of discarded fabrics? Can you imagine if a tree was planted every time you went online and shopped for a product? These are just some of the many ways that brands online are taking the green route!   Many Indian brands are setting the stage for sustainable fashion by proving that fashion can be eco-friendly too. From using Hemp to recycled polyester brands are coming up with alternatives that are less harmful to the environment. The fashion market is slowly waking up to the eco-revolution with both designers and consumers becoming conscious of how and what they make and wear. Beyond switching to organic ingredients there is also an initiative building up to support the farmers and weavers hitherto ignored. Many brands are therefore collaborating with NGO'S and organizations working towards the welfare of the marginalized sections. Here are some of the brands that are making a difference.
