Hyderabadis headed to the Oktoberfest hosted by ITC Kakatiya on Friday. The city’s socialites enjoyed classics like Pretty Women, and I Will Survive by city-based duo Jason and Cherry, followed by a fun round of beer pong before calling it a night.

Hyderabad's socialites attended the launch party of Room Two, the swanky new cocktail bar in Banjara Hills, curated by Sofiya Sujad. The focus was on craft cocktails such as Martinez and Brandy Crusta (some of the recipes dated back to the 19th century), accompanied by a specially curated menu featuring Gnocchi with Blue Cheese Mornay and fusion delicacy Biryani Arancini.

Travel and photography enthusiasts headed to Gallery 78, Kothaguda, to check out Hyderabad-born architect Priya Tadinada’s solo exhibition, an ode to her travel experiences across 23 countries. The two-day exhibition took viewers through three themes — wander, space void and glimpse — a myriad experiences, places and seasons — with pictures captured on-the-go through her smartphone.

The much-anticipated nuptials of designer Shriya Bhupal and the rising star of Indian motorsport, Anindith Reddy got hitched after their much-talked-about pre-wedding bash at Paris. The party was bound to be a star-studded one, as it was the coming together of two of the most eminent families in the city. While Anindith happens to the grandson of Prathap C Reddy and son of Vishweshwar Reddy and Sangita Reddy, Shriya Bhupal, is a GVK scion. They tied the knot in a traditional Telugu wedding at HITEX Exhibition Center. Many prominent personalities including Sushanth, Pinky Reddy, Kamini Saraf and actress Pragya Jaiswal were spotted.
