Step 1
Take half quantity of pineapple and 3 cups water, blend it in Prestige Matcho Mixer Grinder.
Step 2
In a large glass pitcher add the blended pineapple pulp, remaining pineapple pieces, sugar, cinnamon, cloves and remaining water.
Step 3
Cover the pitcher with muslin cloth, not too tight so that the brew can breathe. Place it in a cool place for a day and half.
Step 4
Strain the liquid, dilute withy water or ice and serve cold.
