DEBOLINA ROY

Crispy cracker

Combine soy sauce and sesame oil, then mix it into your rice. Take a small amount of that mixture and press into a disc-shaped piece. Airfry these discs until they are completely crunchy. You have just made some delicious homemade rice crisps.

Arancini balls

Mix leftover rice with mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs. Form tight little balls and air fry until crisp, golden brown on the outside with melted gooey cheese on the inside.

Fried rice

Mix your rice with frozen peas, carrots and drizzle of oil. Place the mix in the basket to create a toasted or 'wok-hei' flavour and enjoy a very easy and automated way to heat up leftover rice.

Rice croutons

Use garlic powder & herb seasoning to flavour rice and form small cubes. Air fry them until firm and toasted. Use these cubed grains as a gluten-free topping for homemade soups or salads.

Stuffed bell peppers

To prepare this nutritious meal, combine rice, black beans, corn, and salsa together and spoon into halved bell peppers. Place them in an air fryer to the peppers and heat the filling.

Rice-crust pizza

Compress the rice inside of a greased air fryer pan. Cook the crust, add tomato sauce and toppings then melt cheese as well. This is an innovative way to traditional pizza dough.
