These include ferns, palms, calathea etc. these plants can give a very tropical and forest vibe to your balcony. But be careful to check on their drainage often.
Create a cosy seating
If you have a balcony which gets wet with the water droplets, then stele for water resistant chairs and table. You can keep a cushion on the chair or carry it yourself when you come over.
Add fairy lights
When rain is the natural star of the moments, light is not necessary. But during the dark days you can always switch on some basic fairy lights that run on battery instead of opting for an electrical light.
Add fragrance to complete the décor
Choose a fragrance of your choice and plug in the diffuser to complete your outdoor decorations. A light fragrance helps calm your nerves makes you stress free.
Keep a snack-shelf ready
If you have shelves or cupboards in your balcony, then keep one stocked with light snacks to enjoy while you watch the rain.
