Add salt and pepper seasoning, along with spices like bay leaves and cloves.
Add high quality chicken or vegetable stock.
Simmer the mixture for 20-30 minutes with the lid partially on.
Once the momo soup is ready, you can serve it with the dish or submerge the momo in the soup and serve it like jhol momo.
