American singer Chris Brown is back in the news; once again for the wrong reasons. He was in the centre of controversy after he was arrested in Paris earlier this year on rape charges. Now, he's back in the headlines accused of stealing the work of several visual artists.

Marius Sperlich, who has 396K followers on Instagram, has come out with allegations on the social media website, accusing the singer and dancer of stealing ideas that he has released in 2018. The visuals are featured in the 30-year-old singer’s latest video named Wobble Up which also features singer Nicki Minaj and rapper G-Eazy.

The Instagram post raising the issue goes on to say that the director behind the video also stole concepts from other artists like Tony Futura and Vanessa Mckeown, both of who enjoy quite a big social media following. Many people from the artistic community have extended support to the post which calls for the protection of intellectual property in the social media era when content proliferation is fast.

Sperlich also took an aggressive stance by posting a comment under G-Eazy's Instagram post sharing the video.
