It's February and here are all the TV premieres you can catch on Netflix, Amazon Prime and HBO! 

From a documentary on the Parkland theatre group to the premiere of South Korean television series Romance is a Bonus Book, here's everything you can binge watch this week

Documentary: Song of Parkland
It has been less than a year since the mass shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida. 17 students and staff died in the attack, leaving both the school community and the entire country unsure of how to move forward. The new HBO documentary Song of Parkland shows how the school’s drama department returned to school in the wake of the tragedy to put on a production to help unite the community. Premieres on February 7. At 7 pm. On HBO. 

Premiere: Russian Doll
A young woman named Nadia gets caught in a mysterious loop, repeatedly attending the same party and dying at the end of the night, only to awake the next day unharmed. Funny, dark and twisted — Russian Doll is created by  Natasha Lyonne, who plays Nicky ‘Nichols’ in Orange is the New Black, Amy Poehler and Leslye Headland. Also starring Greta Lee, Yul Vazquez, Elizabeth Ashley, Charlie Barnett, Chloë Sevigny and Dascha Polanco. Premieres today. On Netflix. 

Premiere: Romance is a Bonus Book
 A gifted writer who’s the youngest editor-in-chief ever at his publishing company gets enmeshed in the life of a former copywriter desperate for a job. The South Korean television series stars Lee Na as Kang Dan, the educated writer who is desperately in need for job, and Lee Jong-Seok, a prodigy who heads the publication company. With a bonus ASMR clip, Romance is a Bonus Book is slated to make its Netflix premiere on February 2. 

Premiere: Velvet Buzzsaw
After a series of paintings by an unknown artist are discovered, a supernatural force enacts revenge on those who have allowed their greed to get in the way of art. Velvet Buzzsaw is an American mystery horror film written and directed by Dan Gilroy and starring Jake Gyllenhaal, Rene Russo, Toni Collette, Zawe Ashton, Tom Sturridge, Natalia Dyer, Daveed Diggs, Billy Magnussen and John Malkovich. Premieres today. On Netflix. 
 

Premiere: The ABC Murders 
It’s 1933 and a killer travels the length and breadth of Britain using the alias ABC, and strikes in a methodical pattern. He leaves a copy of the ABC railway guide at the scene of each of murder. As Hercule Poirot attempts to investigate, he is thwarted on every front. If he is to match his most cunning nemesis, everything about him will be called into question: his authority, his integrity, his identity. The  three-part limited series stars John Malkovich (in pic) one of literature’s most famous detectives, Hercule Poirot. Premieres today. On Amazon Prime. 
 

UFC Fight Night: Assuncao vs Moraes
 Accomplished mixed martial arts fighter, Marlon Moraes (left), has only been defeated once in his last 17 fights. He suffered that loss (in 2017) at the hands of Bantamweight contender, Raphael Assuncao (right). This weekend, both Brazilians are going head-to-head once again in the 
octagon. On February 3 at 6.30 am. Live on Sony ESPN.
 

Special: The Dog Bowl 
Animal Planet’s first-ever TV special Puppy Bowl Presents: The Dog Bowl will feature older dogs and encourage adoption of senior shelter animals. The one-hour special divides 50 pooches from 10 states into two teams — Team Paws and Team Tails — with fumbles being called by ‘Rufferee’ Dan Schachner. The four-legged players range in age from a frisky two-year-old to a seasoned 15-year-old. Premieres on February 2. From 8 pm. On Animal Planet. 

T20i series : New Zealand vs India
The India tour of New Zealand  is all set to commence this week, at Wellington. The first match will see India take on New Zealand, with all eyes on RG Sharma and skipper Virat Kohli (in pic). On the New Zealand squad, watch out for captain Kane Williamson (in pic) and Trent Boult. Out of the five games played previously, India has won only twice. Will they hold up their stance against New Zealand?  On February 6. From 12.30 pm. Live and exclusive on Star Sports.
