Try these Instagram-worthy cocktail recipes by Beefeater that include ingredients such as cold-brewed Jasmine tea and matcha dust. Perfect for a Sunday sundowner with friends or a on a leisurely afternoon at home.

JASMINE GARDEN
Ingredients
60 ml Beefeater Dry
40 ml pressed apple juice
20 ml cold-brewed Jasmine Tea
20 ml fresh lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
100 gms Ice (cubed or chipped)

Method
• Blend all of the ingredients (except the gin) together, pass through a sieve and skim any foam.
Pour into airtight bottle and store in fridge

LONDON SPRITZ
Ingredients
40 ml Beefeater Dry
20 ml aperol
60 ml tonic water
100 ml Jacob’s Creek Sparkling Wine or Mumm Champagne
Orange Wheel, to garnish

Method
• Add a fine orange wheel to the glass, then the rest of the ingredients.
• Fill with ice and serve chilled

KYOTO COLADA
Ingredients
50 ml Beefeater 24
1 tsp matcha tea
30 ml pressed pineapple juice
10 ml fresh lemon juice
50 ml coconut cream
10 ml sugar syrup
4 ice cubes
40 ml soda (in base of glass)

To garnish
matcha dust

Method
1. Blend all ingredients together except for the soda.
2. Pour soda into glass, and top with the mixture.
3. Garnish with matcha dust.
