While restaurants like Sakae, Harima and Matsuri are some great options to tuck into sushi, at 1Q1 Kitchen and Bar and Shiro, you can actually learn to make it yourself. This workshop will give you a basic understanding of the ingredients used to roll a sushi, how to roll a sushi, techniques of rolling a sushi, specific ingredients and tools. You will also get to sample the rolls made during the class. Rs.1,000. June 22, 12.30 pm
 
Shiro
Chef Priyank Singh Chouhan, Culinary head at Shiro, will give you elementary lessons in sushi making for beginners. Experts, on the other hand, will be able to refine their sushi-making skills with some advanced techniques. The class will cover Crispy Spicy Avocado Maki, Shiitake Tempura Maki, Tuna Sushi, Spicy Prawn & Avocado Maki. Participants can sample vegetarian and non-vegetarian maki along with fresh non-alcoholic beverages through the workshop. Rs.1,500. June 18, 3.30 pm
