Madras Mayhem
Gold rum - 45ml
Raw mango purée - 60ml
Palm jaggery syrup - 30ml
Fresh lime juice - 10ml
Chilli powder - a pinch
Idli podi - to rim the glass
Shake all the ingredients with ice and double strain in a cocktail glass rimmed with idli podi. Serve with spiced murukku!
