Platter plentiful
We were greeted with a litchi drink and kids special fishum dishum, comprising of juicy fish fingers and crunchy smilies served with eggless mayonnaise was an apt appetiser for what was coming. From the starters, we tried the signature veg and non-veg tandoor platters, featuring ajwain flavoured catfish, hot and spicy lamb kebab marinated with spicy tandoori rub, delicious hariyali jumbo prawns and juicy delicious chicken packed with flavour for the meat lovers. As for the vegetarian option, we try the cheese stuffed savoury mushrooms, spicy and soft paneer tandoori, tender and tangy pineapple and sauteed cauliflower served with tangy mint chutney and lemon. Pasta with a purpose
Moving on to the mains, a delightful plate of South Indian pasta graced our table. “The chef’s speciality is  Indo-Italian fusion fare,” says manager Arun Kumar. The pasta has an aromatic mixture of South Indian condiments like coriander, basil and  Bengal gram, garnished with a dash of roasted onions that created a riot of flavours on the palate.
