Art is a sheer joy to the eyes impacting one’s soul. It is an expression that origins from an unknown dimension that we can touch and feel around. Art is the ‘HOPE’ that determines the future of a country. Artists are mediums that listen to the sound of nature while they are the chosen ones to form a connecting dot from the infinite to the visible. Realisation is a true strength that they possess along with a strong sense of responsibility as they play an important role in shaping the society through their expressions

Science is an answer to one’s inquisitiveness. It is a never ending quench of the human mind “to know”. It is that discovery that contributes to the betterment of humanity with a constant goal of knowing more.

The art gallery setup inside the mall featured a dazzling array of paintings and art installations. The modernist paintings of Padma Vibhushan awardee K G Subramanyan. The masterpieces of Rupchand Kundu. The clay sculptures of Shafeeque Punatihl. The minimalist paintings of master water colorist Spoorthy Murali. The works of puppeteer Dattatreya Aralikatte. The ‘Engineering Art’ of Mr. Ramji, who uses his engineering skills to create scale models of anything under the sun. In short, the exhibition offered a glimpse of the spectacularly vast spectrum of contemporary Indian art. The art display will be there till 5th March.
