It was on January 20, 2017 that President elect of the Republican party- Donald J Trump, was sworn in as the successor of former President, Barack Obama. Today, as the POTUS completes his first 100 days in the White House, we asked a few stand-up comedians about their views on the 45th American President and his actions in these 100 days.

“To be honest the best thing ever. Every one is getting so many jokes. Every day it is like why. Everything good he wants to break it. Everything that is nice, he wants to ruins it. And anybody who comes in his way he throws Temper tantrum. I love the president who throws temper tantrums. He is like a child in office. I am waiting for someone to take up the post of his mother. MOTUS. And just scold him for what he is doing. That day proper democracy will happen.”

“It is amzaing that nothing exploded or there was no war in these 100 days. Peopel were hoping for a lot worse to happen. I think he is like the fart in the list. They have contained him very well. The country is functioning with him and also without him.”

“I happened to read his interview with Reuters on 100 days in office, he said that ‘he misses driving like before, he misses going out because now there is so much more security. He said the job is much harder than he thought and that he was not ready for this.’ I think he just enjoyed the whole campaigning where he had a large audience to entertain and now that finally he has landed in that job, he finds it boring. And why not? He is not able to drop bombs or start a war whenever he wants. He is just used to deal with people like he did it in his business.”

“Humpty Trumpty sat on a wall, Humpty Trumpty had a great fall. All the Sean Spicers and all the Mike Pence couldn’t put Humpty Trumpty together again.”

“He is a very confusing guy. As comedians we thought our lives would be easier, but everyone have made so many jokes on him that I wonder what is left. I was speaking to a friend of mine in Canada and he had better jokes on him than me. I have been trying to write a set on him and in these 100 days, I spent 45 days trying to figure out what kind of person he is. I grew up in the 90s. I watched WWE matches like The Rock Vs Stone Cold and I knew it was scripted. Now, when I see Donald Trump vs Kim Jong-un , I feel like this is literally WWE with politics. This cant be real this is not reality. This is scripted. He is a very confusing guy. 100 days of him is a long long time. Americans must be thinking 1 unit down, 1700 days more to go!”

“What just 100 days? Seems like years man! Well, at least America is united now, tied by a common hatred towards one single person. And not to forget, he has given countless comedians non-stop supply of jokes every single day.”

“Everything apart, he is one politician who is delivering all the promises that he made. Since he has come in, America has dropped the most non-nuclear bomb so far, they are on the verge of another war with North Korea and also, they are taking back all the environmental measures that they had implemented because, Trump belives that there is nothing wrong with the environment on this planet and all the eco issues are just rumours. With all these steps, I am sure world will end even before he finishes his term as the POTUS.”

“A few things that come into my mind when I think of Trump is that it has been 100 days and where is the wall? 100 days of Donald Trump and it more like 100 nights of nightmare which is just not getting over.”
