Though Sunny Leone has taken a step back this year in cinema, she announced that she will be taking part in her first "full-fledged south film" in a yet-untitled period war drama directed by V.C. Vadivudaiyan.

On her role, Sunny said, "I started preparing for this movie from the minute director V.C. Vadivudayan narrated me the script. I have a special love towards south India, so I am very happy to do a straight Telugu movie. I have a lot of my fans in south India, especially Andra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Kerala."

The preparation is going to require some intense training including horseback-riding and sword fighting, but she says she is prepared to do something different. The film, which starts shooting in February, will be released in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi.

Yay! So excited to be starting a project like this!!
