It is known that Sourav Ganguly and Sachin Tendulkar share a very special bond ever since the two batsmen started off as amateur cricketers. Having known each other since their childhood days, they eventually went on to become one of the most dangerous opening pairs in one day cricket.

In a recent talk show named Breakfast with Champions, Sourav Ganguly revealed that Sachin Tendulkar used to sleepwalk. He shared how Sachin scared him at night with his sleepwalking habit earlier in his career.

Describing the incident, Ganguly said: "We were roommates in England. So, one day I saw he was walking in the room. I said to myself, he must have gone to the bathroom and I slept facing the other side. I didn't ask him anything the next day."

"The second day, I again saw him walking in the room. So I woke up and sat thinking, what does he do at 1.30 in the night. He takes one round in the room and then sits on the chair, come and then sleeps next to me," he continued.

"So next day I told him, 'you're scaring me, what do you do at night?' He said 'No, I walk while sleeping'...He had this habit of sleepwalking," he added.

In the talk show, Ganguly also shared how Sachin used to borrow his bats and practice during the middle of the night before matches.
