Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone

It is over a month now that Bollywood power couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh married each other, and ever since then, they have been talking about their six-year relationship. Recently, Deepika spoke about the first time she met Ranveer and how he was just like all of us know him - exuberant and mischievous.

Deepika said she was in a studio when she first met Ranveer and he was openly flirting with her even though he was dating somebody else at that point in time. However, when they eventually started dating, they used to visit many restaurants but they had the best time while working on the sets of Goliyon Ki Raas Leela: Ram Leela, at Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s house. The Padmaavat actress said some of the most special moments were during the film and she remembers a particular incident when they were having lunch at the director’s house. She went on to reveal that while she ate crab, a piece got stuck in her tooth and Ranveer making fun of her said she has a crab in her mouth! However, Deepika the fun person that she always is, with her witty replies, immediately said to “Take it out!”. It turned out to be one of the most memorable moments for them in their initial days and three years later their parents met before they got married in November last month.

On the film front, Ranveer Singh is not only busy with Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy and Rohit Shetty’s Simmba, but also with Karan Johar’s Takht and Kabir Khan’s 83. On the other hand, Deepika is back in action after taking a one year break post-Padmaavat release in January this year. She will be seen in Meghna Gulzar’s next, which is based on the acid-attack survivor Laxmi Agarwal.
