Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Zero has received mixed responses since the time of its release and the rumours surrounding Katrina Kaif’s character have also been around, ever since. However, the actor recently addressed the rumours and has now shut critics to say that the film had nothing to do with Ranbir Kapoor or their relationship.
Katrina said she did expect people to come up with that conclusion before the film but not after the film, because they will have realised it is two different characters. The Zero actor went on to say that because the character is completely different and is definitely not her kind of behaviour. The actress added that the way the character Babita talks in the film is completely outlandish to her because of the kind of person she is.
Interestingly, rumours earlier also suggested that her song Heer Badnaam is influenced by their relationship, as she did turn into an alcoholic after the breakup and it turned out to be her roughest phase. However, while she has denied the resemblance, after Ranbir Kapoor was recently asked about the same rumour, after seeing the visuals in the songs, he has stated he will not be watching the film at all.
