Mumbai police on Tuesday booked actor Armaan Kohli for assaulting his girlfriend Neeru Randhawa after the latter filed a report with the police. According to reports, the 46-year-old actor grabbed the actor by the hair and banged her head against the wall, on Saturday. However, the cops have to still arrest Armaan as he is on the run and nowhere to be found.
Armaan’s girlfriend Neeru, who is also a fashion stylist, filed an FIR after the incident took place at the former Bigg Boss contestants house. According to various media reports, the FIR states that Armaan lost his cool after the couple had an argument over monetary issues pertaining to the actor’s Goa villa. However, Neeru immediately visited the hospital to get herself treated and filed the FIR at the police station about the incident. The stylist also went on to say in her report that this is not the first time that Armaan had assaulted since they started dating each other three years ago.
Armaan shot to fame after he participated in the seventh season of Bigg Boss, and was reportedly involved in a relationship with Tanisha Mukerji, who is also the sister of Bollywood actress Kajol. The actor was criticised for getting abusive with Tanisha as well as other contestants on the show, and the couple soon broke up after the television show.
