Infamous Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein was let out on bail with a few conditions after he was produced in the New York court on Friday following his arrest. The American producer will have to pay a bail bond of one million dollars and will also have a GPS monitor to track his whereabouts.
Harvey Weinstein who surrendered in front of the New York police earlier on Friday was arrested for two cases among many others. He was charged with first and third-degree rape in one case and first-degree sex act in the other. The producer is also under investigation for crimes in Los Angeles and London.
The crimes by Harvey Weinstein came to light after American actress Rose McGowan came forward and so did many other survivors like her.
