The #MeToo campaign in India has picked up and how! After a series of tweets by comedian Utsav Choudhary, the internet has seen a lot of women speak about being sexually harassed. An ex-employee of Phantom Films recently accused Vikas Bahl of sexual harassment and immediately Kangana Ranaut said she face similar situations with him while working on the film Queen, which became a huge hit; however, Sonam Kapoor does not seem to agree with her.
Recently, Sonam said sometimes it is difficult to believe Kangana because she says a lot of things and sometimes it is difficult to take her seriously. The Veere Di Wedding actor went on to loves her spunk and says what she believes in, however, she doesn’t know the situation, but if what is written is true, then it is disgusting and the people should be punished for it. However, Kangana has responded in an interview by questioning Sonam doubting her and asks who gives the right to judge her. She also went on to add that how does Sonam have the license to trust some women and not others. Kangana also said that she has her own credibility and has earned it after struggling for the last 10 years in the industry.
The Manikarnika actress took a bigger dig at Sonam saying, she isn’t known to be a great actress and neither of being a good speaker, so how does she from the ‘filmy’ background have the right to take a dig at me. “I will demolish them”, she said.
