Legendary British chef Heston Blumenthal is coming to India. And this is how you can meet the chef who gave the world outlandish flavour combinations like egg and bacon ice cream for instance, and multi-sensory dining experiences across his many Michelin-starred restaurants such as the Fat Duck and The Hind's Head.
The celebrity chef who will be visiting Mumbai and Delhi toward the end of this month on April 20 and 21 respectively has a five-course gastronomic feast in store for diners. Here's a sneak peek of some of his signature creations that will be part of the much-awaited spread that costs a whopping Rs 20,000 per person. In the spirit of Easter - look out for his Lamb Scotch eggs with a pea and mint soup and Roasted Scallops paired with a white chocolate and caviar combination. We also hear that his version of the British snack, Quavers, is on the list.
After bizarre and downright mind-boggling creations showcased over TV appearances over the years - think fish eyeball cocktails and bulls' testicle fruit - we can't wait to see just how experimental Heston get with his menu for India.
