Irrfan and Homi Adajania share a light moment in between takes while shooting for the first schedule of Angrezi Medium. The director actor duo are working together for the first time and that too on this sequel of the 2017 massively successful film, Hindi Medium. The film produced by Dinesh Vijan has just gone on floors a few days back and stars Radhika Madan and Kareena Kapoor Khan in the film.
Irrfan recently started shooting for the film in Udaipur. Angrezi Medium is Irrfan's first project since the past year where he was in London for his treatment. Actor Pankaj Tripathi has also been roped into this project. The two power packed performers will be seen sharing screen space together for the first time. Both Irrfan and Pankaj are the alumni of National School of Drama and represent a very different art form of acting onscreen and are truly a powerhouse of talent put together on screen.
Pankaj and Dinesh Vijan collaborated together for the third time in Angrezi Medium. Their first stint was for the film Stree followed by Luka Chuppi. Both of them share a great rapport with each other and look forward working together. Pankaj will be seen doing a cameo in the film but it's going to be one hilarious ride for the audience. To see two such amazing actors together on screen would truly be a treat to the audiences.
Talking more about his role, Pankaj had shared, "My role is a cameo. It’s my love and respect for Irrfan and my friendship with Dinu that made me say yes for it. I always wanted to work with Irrfan and when Dinu offered this role I immediately agreed to do this role even if it's just a cameo to begin with."
