Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul are facing severe criticism, which does not seem to end, after their comments on the recent episode of Koffee With Karan Season 6. While Virat Kohli had earlier stated that the team does not align with the thoughts, former Indian bowler Harbhajan Singh has spoken out. The off-spinner has gone ahead and freely expressed his distaste at their attitude.

In a recent interview, Harbhajan said if people met them at a party, would they go ahead and talk to them, because he definitely would not after their sexist statements. He also went on to add that he would not travel on the same team bus as them, if his wife and daughter were present on it. Talking about Hardik’s comments, Harbhajan said the all-rounder has put everyone’s reputation at stake because they never created that kind of culture in the team. However, he went on to add that the players can do whatever they want in their free time, but otherwise, they needed to behave decently.
.
Interestingly, Harbhajan’s comments come after the BCCI suspended the two players, as Virat Kohli also expressed his opinion on the situation, amidst the ongoing India-Australia series. The players have been suspended from the ODI series which started on Friday, and have to be told to return to India, however, officials want to keep them in Australia, to avoid severe backlash, according to reports.
