Tight slap to those who still whine about Warner and Smith making a comeback!

Awesome gesture by @davidwarner31 . Great heart #SpiritOfCricket #CWC19

That's a nice touch. Well done to David Warner.

"It feels really cool and awesome. We were just waving the flag and he came over and gave it to us," the fan reportedly said.

At a press conference after the game, Warner said, "I was always coming back to international cricket if selected."

"The thing that kept me going was my wife and kids. My wife is just, she's just my rock. She's unbelievable. She's determined, disciplined, selfless. She's a strong woman. And she got me out of bed a lot in those sort of first sort of 12 weeks, and got me back running and training hard as I could. She really nailed that into me," he added.
