Maine Pyar Kiya's actress Bhagyashree’s son, Abhimanyu Dassani's debut film is making news. Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota is selected for the World Premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) 2018 that begins on September 6 this year.
A Ronnie Screwvala production, Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota, is the first Indian action film in the history of Indian cinema to be screened in the Midnight Madness Section of the festival where the world’s best movies in action, horror, thriller and fantasy genre are nominated.
The film is about a young man born with the ability to feel no pain as he sets out on a mission to vanquish his enemies.
The film has already created quite a buzz with its unusual posters and hoardings that have been put up across India. The image of a sari-clad woman emerging from a halo-like light has certainly caught attention of film buffs.
