Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika has once again run into a contriversy. This time it’s the actor who herself has put her film at stake with her statement against the Maharashtra Karni Sena.

As per reports, the Sena warned the actor on Saturday that if she continues to criticise the outfit, she will have to face the consequences. This came a day after Kangana issued a statement saying she will destroy the Sena if they continue to harass her over the release of her directorial debut film. “Four historians have certified Manikarnika, we have got censor certificate as well, Karni Sena has been conveyed this but they are continuing to harass me. If they don’t stop then they should know I am also a Rajput and I will destroy each one of them,” she had said on Friday.

In response to this, Ajay Singh Sengar, the president of the Maharashtra Karni Sena said, “If she continues to threaten the members of our outfit, we will not let her walk freely in Maharashtra and will burn her film sets.”

Earlier this week, the Sena had written to the makers of the film that if the image of Rani Laxmibai is maligned in any way in the film, they will have to face the consequences.
