Michael B Jordan reveals teaser for his upcoming Tom Clancy adaptation, Without Remorse
This is the first instalment in the Rainbow Six franchise.
American novelist Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six novels are being adapted into movies. Fans of the award-winning eponymous gaming franchise have ensured the titles have been kept alive ages after the initial book release. Actor Michael B Jordan, of Black Panther fame, recently revealed on Instagram that he will play the CIA operative John Clark, the central character in the military books and games.
Without Remorse is directed by Stefano Sollima, the mind behind films such as Sicario: Day of the Soldado, and is produced by Akiva Goldsman, Josh Appelbaum, and Andre Nemec. Jordan himself dons the producer’s har for this title.
The teaser for his upcoming Tom Clancy adaptation Without Remorse doesn’t reveal much, but aficionados have revealed that it looks at John’s earlier days as a NAVY SEAL soldier. Jordan plays a distraught warrior who is looking to avenge those responsible for his wife’s death and realises that he has accidentally uncovered a larger conspiracy. Clark, first introduced in the 1987 book, The Cardinal of the Kremlin, leads an elite anti-terrorism squad called Rainbow Six
The film is slated for release in September, 2020.
