If you haven’t seen Avengers: Endgame, one of the highest-grossing films of all time, consider this as a spoiler warning.

Fans of the Netflix show 13 Reasons Why were very surprised when they heard the show’s protagonist, Katherine Langford, was slated to appear in the Marvel comics franchise. However, the theatrical cut of the film didn’t give her any screen time. She was supposed to play the adult version of Iron Man’s daughter, Morgan Stark.

However, in the now-restored scene, available only on Disney+, Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr) meets Morgan in the Soul World after he sacrificed himself to destroy Thanos' armies.

During her appearance in a new episode of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, the star spoke about her role. "I heard that's why it's out though," Langford told the host, referring to how fans demanded to see the scene that they’d heard so much about. "...It was literally out because people wanted to see it. Which is also really cool."

The actor goes on to explain that she's simply grateful to be part of the franchise. "It's a weird thing because... you're just perpetually terrified that you're going to spoil something," the 23-year-old said, adding "I mean, I'm such a huge fan of the Marvel films and the Russo brothers, so when Marvel reached out to me to play Iron Man's daughter, that was such an honour. And ultimately it didn't make it into the film, and creatively, like, that makes sense and that's totally fine. I was just content with having the memory in my head."

The emotional scene is worth the watch, hence we won’t be completely spoiling it.
